Pain Question

For those of you that have lost a pretty decent chunk of weight, do the aches and pains get better? I've started a new job, and I'm on my feet all day now. My feet obviously hurt, but my knees are also killing me. This hasn't happened to me before and it's really frightening because it really feels like this huge sign that I am super fat. I don't want my knees to always hurt. I'm afraid that I've been too fat for too long and now the chance of no longer having pain-free knees has gone. For those of you that've lost the weight, does the pain go away? Or will they now always hurt?

It depends on whether or not the pain is muscular/tendon pain or joint related. You should really see a bone specialist and have your knees looked at. Constant knee pain (depending on where its located) could be a sign that the cartilage has worn down and theres bone to bone friction taking place. Dont play around with your knees. If you feel chronic pain see a knee specialist asap. You can also try glucosamine supplements which are supposed to help with knee pain.0
