hi all! I just started a new diet to hopefully work with my poly cystic ovarian syndrome since nothing else has. I'm on doctors order to not eat anything with sugar and only 10%carbs. I'd love to meet others who are doing something similar or also have PCOS.

    Starting on metformin soon i will be following a similar diet. We will do great.

    Hello :) I was diagnosed with both PCOS and Diabetes in January (although I believe I've had both for several months/years before then). I am not on a special diet right now, but I have just started recording calories and have just begun exercise recommended by my cardiologist. I was prescribed metformin but stopped taking it because my blood sugar would bottom out everytime.
