Thank you everyone for the comments about how the beard is coming along. It's amazing what six months of patience can do. I decided to take a beard pic today in the same location as one of my non-beard pics. It's getting harder to remember when I looked like the bottom pic here. I definitely think the top one is better, so that look will stay!

The salty sea air is not nice to my my beard. Think the beard is in need of tender care.....will get right on it.
