focused once more

I hop on and off this site every year or 6 months since I was last on I managed to do well with running (half and full marathon ) until I went and injured myself ... Didn't do much discovered where all the gluten free goodis were in Stockholm and gained back what I had worked so hard on too lose.
Now I'm back at the gym doing a fair bit of strength training, yoga and wanting too add more cardio in but still I'm getting stuck at the same numbers on the scales.
I meal prep and don't eat gluten or sugar ( most of the time) so don't want to be working for nothing, could use some motivated hard working friends for advice and too keep me on track... Maybe other Stockholm dwellers.
