Question; Does my daily calorie goal take my BMR into account?

i.e. to calculate net calories, should I really be doing net=food-BMR-calories from exercise?

No. BMR and exercise are only 2 of the ways in which you burn calories. There is also non-exercise activity and digesting food. MFP's target includes all but purposeful exercise.0

The daily caloric goal already includes BMR (basal metabolic rate).
