Weights first or cardio??

I don't do cardio. But if I did, I would do it after my weights.
For me, my main focus is on weight lifting, so I wouldn't want to be tired or not 100% going into lift.
So it all depends on what your goal is. If weights are more important, do that first.
Or mix it up, super set style.
Do a set of weights, go run on the treadmill for one minute.
Go do another set, run.0 -
Personal preference/depends on your goals.
I do whichever fits my schedule best.0 -
My main goal right now is to lose fat but maintain my muscle. So I've been doing alittle light lifting and it seems to warm me up before my cardio. Was just curious of others opinions. So thanks0

If you wanna do em both, separate days. One for lifting, one for cardio and yea that's cutting. Don't lift light if you wanna maintain them, lift as hard as you can and don't forget to get proteins in.0

Excluding a warm up, then weights first because you are pushing your limits more. I dont want to be lifting heavy things when im already worn out.0
