Need help to get started again...

I have been off the wagon for a little over 3 weeks now. NO workouts and eating whatever I want with no regards to the calories. I have been sitting even more then usual, I have been on vacation for almost half of this time so not walking around teaching.
Here is my issue. I am still fighting those 5 pounds I do every month. There is no difference.
So why do I put myself through the workouts and watching what I eat when I have gained nothing this last 3 weeks? Why is my effort and thoughts need to be on this when it has not changed anything?
I first started out so that I could walk around a museum without getting winded. I can do that. I even can take the stairs and run now. I even fit in airplane seats without an extender belt now. I have lost 60 pounds for going on about 2 years. I am still obese by doctor terms but I no longer have a drive for keep losing the wight.
I feel that I look great and so does my husband. (I don't have kids and no plans to have any) Why should I keep up the fight?
