Not exactly new but ready to get serious

My of 5 one has 4 legs,they all keep me plenty busy. I've working out for a few months, but is been this so and start kind of thing. I know a majority of my lack of weight loss is contributed to my eating and pally trying to exercise to much to fast. Looking for motivation/ help with accountability to keep me focused
