Breakfast

Does eating breakfast make much of a difference in weight loss? If you are just looking at calories in vs calories out, then it would seem like it doesn't matter when you eat the calories. Some mornings after wrangling my 5 year old and getting him out the door to school, I don't have time for breakfast (I wake up super early but can't eat as soon as I wake up). So most times I will grab something to take with me to work with the plans to eat as soon as I get there, but it doesn't always happen. If the first thing I eat for the day is around 11:00 am, does that really make a difference?

The amount of calories you eat determines if you'll lose weight, not when you eat them.0

No, it doesn't matter.0

It only matters if it affects how much you eat. Some people feel hungrier if they don't eat breakfast, and some feel hungrier if they do.0

Okay, I didn't think it should matter but I wanted to make sure I wasn't sabotaging myself on the days I don't get breakfast in.0
