Looking for contest ideas.

I have been put in charge of running a different daily challenge contest for my co-workers. I have to come up with a different fitness or health challenge to post every morning. I need some ideas what I can do. So far I have: Drink 8 glasses of water, hold a plank as long as you can, get 1more hour of sleep than usual, stay away from the TV for one day, etc... I could really use some help. I know I can count on MFP. HELP PLEASE !!!

    Get 5,000 steps in a day
    Get 10,000 steps in a day

    Walk 1 mile
    Walk 3 miles
    Walk around the office building x number of times on your lunch break.

    The nursing hospital by my job has markers along the hallway intersections that direct employees on a 1 mile walk around the building.

    No added sugar to hot drinks for a week
    Have a standing or walking meeting at work
    Visit a colleague instead of emailing 5 times in a week

    How about a quiz, guess the amount of calories in different foods--carrot, donut, soda, etc.
