So I really love working out, but I have always been an up at 5 am, to the gym for the 6:30. For my current job, I start at 7, so morning seasons are out. But I find it so hard to find the will to go to the gym after work. First, I am legitimately tired, I've already run for at least an hour and hiked for 3 over the course of my work day, and second the gym is 20 miles away in moderate traffic (yes, there's a perfectly close 24, but I go to a fighting gym because that's my sport). Someone please shame me into going. I just have zero motivation right now.
