Hi all. I've dropped 11 in 40 days but not a pound since! Suggestions anyone?

    Tell us your height, weight, age, activity level and then tell us how many calories you eat in a day.

    Weigh ALL of your food! :)
    I know it sounds a bit nitpicky but it's pretty vital. I've just recently started weighing my food and I was shocked at how much I had under estimated my calories before the scales. It can really make the difference!
