YIKES! Way over today

Uhhg. I ate double my calorie goal today. I am 10 days in and have been doing well, I didn't want to look at today/admit today, but I also didn't want to break my recording streak just because it was a "bad" day. So I wrote it...as bad as it was.

^This. May or May not apply to your case: I'm only 5 weeks in, but for the first 3 1/2 weeks I had a very aggressive goal - and was beating it! Was miserable, grumpy, and started binging & going way over calorie goal and gaining back. Adjusted my calorie goal to a more reasonable and sustainable one. Felt better, felt better about myself (for "succeeding" & not failing), and the weight has started coming back off.
Great job about being honest with yourself, but also recommend re-evaluating your goal "pace" and remember it's a marathon, not a sprint.0
