This may be a really stupid question, but its one I've been wondering about.
How many calories do you have to consume to gain a pound? I know its 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound...but like if I consume 3500 calories in one day will I gain a pound? Or would I have to take in 3500 calories above, like, my maintenance?
