I'm stuck

I'm 6'2" 175 pounds almost pure muscle but I want to gain more mass I have about 4000 calories a day but I'm thinking that at this point my metabolism is just toooooo fast! Help!!!

    Hows it going man, I myself right now am 5'9 192lbs in the morning, 17.5inch arms, and 6 pack year around, I can tell you the pain, that I know you are going through.

    My one question to you is this though, are you 110% sure that you are actually eating 4000 calories a day? Are you weighting every single thing out and making sure everything is correct. A reason I ask is because I told my brother to bulk on 3200 calories, and he said he was, when I actually tracked his calories he was only eating 2000 calories a day.

    I can almost guarantee that maybe you aren't tracking correctly. I will help u out though, give me what you eat in a typical day, like post on here ur diet for today and I will track everything real quick to see if it adds up to 4000 calories bro

    Probably need to increase your calories of 4k doesn't cut it.

    Yeah, for that weight and height, 4k isnt enough. Especially if you have an active lifestyle. Eat more calorie dense foods. Shoot for 5k or more..

    Just curious, are you sure you are eating 4K.
    Do you weigh everything you eat with a food scale?
