Progress Pics?

Do any of you take progress pics? How often? I was thinking of doing them every 30 days or so just to be able to look back and see the changes. Curious if others do this as well?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Yes, I take them every week! Some I see changes, others I don't. I keep them just for my own personal memory and to reflect. Now that I have reached almost my goal weight...it's interesting to look back through them and see where I was along the way and reflect. Even now, I still view myself at my original weight or starting weight and hardly recognize myself in pictures...that is why it's important to take pictures and familiarize yourself with the process. I know it sounds crazy, right?! LOL0

I'm trying to take mine every 10-20 pounds.
(But I have over 50 pounds to lose)
I think it just depends on how much you have to lose and how much strength training you are doing, and so on.
The pictures are great though.
Like KiriKiriKiri said, I sometimes too see myself at my starting weight. So it's nice to look back and see that I have lost weight.0 -
I take mine at about every 15 pounds lost. But I take my measurements and official weigh in weight at the beginning of every month. They are great to have! I would be upset if I wouldn't have started taking them because sometimes I can't tell I've lost that much until I compare my current self to the pictures I took at the start. (Like both abover posters noted)0

I took a picture right when I started the 30 Day Shred. I'm gonna take another one when I'm finished (it's taking me more than 30 Day, more like the 2 month shred... lol) so when I'm done I'll compare. I also just have pictures of me taken with family and stuff that I can use to judge.0

SO TRUE!
I have to look at pictures side by side to see a difference in myself. Even just flipping through old pictures doesn't do it for me, I don't see much of a difference. I think it's a great idea to take pictures along the way to see how far you've come. I wish I had taken more pictures along the way.
I don't know about any of you, but when I was at my highest weight and I would see a picture of myself it didn't feel like me, but now when I see current pictures of myself it still doesn't...I have a hard time matching how I look and how I feel... I guess it just shows that it's more than eating right and excercise--we have to fix our insides too
If anyone else has ever felt this way and has any tips on how to get your insides to match your outsides I would love to hear them.
Best wishes to you all!0
