I am so struggling with planning my meals and I usually tend to eat more at night. Any and ALL tips or tricks that you have found effective??? I will take them all!

1. Prelog your meals so you know how many calories you've got available through the day. This also makes it easier to save up calories through the day to eat later on if you get hungrier at night.
2. Drink lots of water - it can be surprisingly filling! It can also be easy to mistake thirst for hunger .
3. Protein, fat and fibre tend to keep you full for longer.
4. If you're really struggling to stay in your calories, maybe look at your meals and find the ingredients that are contributing the most calories, and use less of those ingredients.
5. Do something to take your mind off it - I find either going for a walk or playing video games takes my mind off hunger.0 -

Nothing wrong with eating most of your food at night. The body burns energy night and day.
I've lost 19kg eating two thirds of my calorie limit after 6 pm.0 -
I also save my biggest meal for the night and try to have enough for a extra snacks in case I feel the urge. Fiber one bars, usually salty and sweet helps me.0
