Who else is on a fodmap diet?

    Have you been diagnosed with UC or Crohn's? If so, I've heard many positive things from the diet while your disease is active. Otherwise while in remission, it's trial and error with foods.

    I've had Crohn's for 19 years now and my body still changes up what agrees and what doesn't.

    No none of those just excessive belching and wind - the consultant said try a low fodmap diet which I started ten days ago
