Lost 12 lbs in one week ??

so I was 170 when I started a week ago and now I'm 158 . I really didn't even change much . Except I did a 45 min workout everyday but I really ate the same . Like 1200 calories a day . I feel like because I lost it so fast Ima get it back just as fast. I think maybe it might of been water weight bc I drink a lot of water but I need advise .

    Wow, sorry I have no answers for that. Did you weigh yourself on the same scale, in the same spot and around the same time of day like first thing in the morning both times?

    if you really didn't change anything i would suggest maybe checking the batteries in the scale. if you've really been eating 1200 calories per day then you're not new to dieting...if you were new to dieting then it could be explained by water loss and less inherent waste in your system...but if you're eating the same and the only thing you did different was a 45 minute workout...well, the math just doesn't add up.

    it could be water, but again I question that since you've been eating very low calories already. drinking more water and removing excess sodium and water retention could explain part of it, but not 12 Lbs of it.
