You may want to share how long you've been in a plateau and what your goals are.0

How long has it been since you've lost weight? How often do you weigh yourself? What's your weekly weight loss goal? It looks like you are weighing everything, it's worth just checking that you are and you're not just going with entries that happen to be in grams.0

Ugh this stupid site erased my whole post!!
A little background. I have lost about 60lbs in two years. I do suffer from hypothyroidism and PCOS but I've had my hormones checked recently and all is good there. I have been gaining and losing the same 2-3lbs since the end of June.
Currently doing 1400 cal and up to 50% of my fitness tracker adjustment on most days. My doctor had me on 1200 thing for a while and my hair began falling out and I had massive mood swings.
Current exercise routine is HIIT elliptical 30 mins 3x weekly, strength training with dumb bells and resistance bands 3x weekly, 2-3 mile walks as many days as possible, and recently added a kettle bell DVD 3x weekly. I don't have the time for a gym membership. I am a meticulous food logger and weigh everything unless I go out or to a party.
I don't measure my body (I know I should start) but my clothes all got the same too. Would like to drop another 8-10lbs. I am 5'4 and currently 136.
Just looking for some advice.0 -
If you've been gaining and losing the same 2-3 pounds since June, it sounds like you're eating at maintenance.0

Are you weighing your food?0

Yep.
@msty112, you only have a few pounds left to lose, and it will not come off quickly. I suggest you weigh your food and make sure you are using correct entries, and log your exercise (or, I guess you might not log exercise but allow your fitness tracker to take care of that?). If you can learn how many calories you are eating, you can set your calorie goal for 250 calories per day less than that and you should lose a half pound a week. Any faster is too aggressive and may not be sustainable in the long run.0 -
My diary should be open. I log and weight EVERYTHING at home, which is 90% of my life.0

Sounds like you need to eat 250 calories a day less than you're eating now.0

All recipes I use are carefully weighed out and portioned too.0

Tex is spot on. If you were not eating at maintenance, you would either lose weight or gain weight.
From your diary, it appears you do weigh your food. Do you make sure you have correct entries? there's a lot of wrong food entries in the database.
The misfit--is that like a fitbit to sync with MFP? Any chance the calories could be off there?
You've lost 46 pounds--have you adjusted calories down for every ten pounds you've lost?
Do you weigh all liquids and measure all solids? Do you log every single thing you consume, including condiments, beverages, and those yummy little tastes?
Are your clothes getting looser or staying the same?0
