Looking for a HRM

I'd like to find a new heart rate monitor. I have a Polar FT4 but I'm not a huge fan of the strap. I love the look of the Fitbit Charge HR but it has too many features I don't think I'd use. I'm just looking for heart rate, calories, fluid oz and steps. Can anyone recommend a good tracker?

I have the Charge HR and absolutely love it. You can turn off the features you don't need or want.

I like tracking my steps, distance, calories burned, etc. So its pretty helpful.

How accurate and useful is the HR info from the Charge?

I mean. I don't have anything to compared it with and I never sat there and counted haha.

But it seems fairly accurate. When I start getting into a heavy super set or something I can feel my heart racing and the fit bit will reflect that and it seems close.

Never have I looked at it and thought there's no way haha

At rest, it does well in testing. During exercise it lags and starts to report inaccurate data. For it to read well during exercise requires it worn tight enough to leave impressions in the skin ... i.e. dents.
