Oh what timing lol. I get anaemic at tom. I also have endo. I usually eat more greens, nuts n fish the week before, which I had just started to do, and it came a week early. Then I thought I would be clever this time and eat at my usual deficit - I will never do that again.
If I want to eat more, I am going to eat more. I try to be gentle with myself... well except this month lol, but oh well lesson learned. Walking helps me. (I tell myself I'm having a belly massage lol). Each to their own0 -

I can't workout, even after 3 types of Rx pain meds combined, seriously. Endometriosis. It's always like there's an alien clawing its way out of my lower abdomen for 2-3 days. Walking to the next room is difficult, so that's a big no on the gym, lol.
I feel you.
I even fainted two times because of the pain, one time while I was on the plane!

Try eating foods high in magnesium to reduce chocolate cravings.
