Does anyone have a reccomendation for a food that's high in protein but lower in carbs and fat? Trying to up my protein intake!

Skim or lowfat dairy (like cottage cheese or greek yogurt). Any lean meat or seafood (like shrimp), although that's not always the easiest as a snack.0

Leftover meat I sometimes stash as a snack, also I like Epic bars, gluten-free beef jerky, and Real Sticks.0

Ground Turkey. I make a Turkey loaf with either 99% protein or 90% P-10%Fat. I use whole wheat bread crumbs too.0

I really struggle with protein, I like very few meats. I rely on protein shakes with breakfast and lunch to keep my protein up.0

Or pig chips (pork rinds) but it's still meat. Fairlife makes a good high-protein milk with fewer carbs per serving than regular milk. Dairy is delicious and most hard cheeses have few, if any, carbs. We kill a pound of asiago cheese a week.0 -

Chicken breasts. You can buy a 4lb bag at SAMs for $120

I buy thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts and marinade them in seasonings and a low calorie marinade or salad dressing for 24 hours. I then bake them and freeze them wrapped in waxed paper for easy separation. It's great to know dinner only needs to be microwaved. I'll add some steamed green beans and a salad. It's a very healthy, high protein, low carb, low calorie meal.0
