Hi there..back on my journey of tighten and toning. When I first used this app I became a cardio junkie and went from 156 to 137. I injured my back terribly and at the same time my home life took a nose dive. I became incredibly depressed and skinny. I'm 5'10 and was 127 pounds..just too skinny for me, not to mention my backside began to slide downward (noooo!!)
I've switched from cardio to weight lifting (which I love!) but the pounds have crept on and my waist has increased by a half inch. My goal is to be back to 137 or 138 and I'm 141 I think. I'm more into measuring then the number in the scale. Fitness goal is to deadlift and squat 125 (right now I'm doing 90 lb dead lift and 85 lb squats) and to add more cardio into my regimine. Anyhow..that's my gig. Wishing you all the best on your goals!
