ml is a measure of volume not weight. so no, scales do not have this capability.

so then how do you weigh something like ranch dressing that has ml listed for the amount you can have for 1 serving?

You measure it in a measuring cup.

Some scales will have ml as an option, but that only works for things that have the same density as water.

Salad dressing doesn't have the same density as water. However, for the small amount of salad dressing that I use, I go ahead and weigh it with the knowledge that I'm not being exact.

For things like canned soup or ice cream, you can figure out the math so that you can weigh them after you do the calculations. For example, on the forums we were recently discussing a product that had a 1/2 cup (70 g) serving. 1/2 cup is 120 ml, so you can weigh out 35 grams and know that you are getting 60 milliliters of that item.
