Hi I'm Nelda! Yes mfp certainly will help. It has helped me stay on track and also logging in my food and exercise helped me to lose 45lbs. I know that we all have different goals but I know you can do it!0

Hey Amanda! Welcome! There are tons of support for college students. Haha I'm one of them working on a wildlife management major and both geomatics and outdoor recreation minors. Things are tough being a student and losing weight but don't let the stress get to ya and never take anything too seriously. Good luck and have fun!0
