Hi I'm Emma I've just started using the app and I'm determined to eat clean, get healthy and lose weight.
I'm 20yrs old and I gave birth to my little boy in January this year. I lost a stone while I was pregnant as I found it really encouraging having the pressure of a baby growing inside me making me eat as healthy as I could, most of the time.
Since then I have no motivation and I snack on crap far too much. But no more! I'm trying to eat clean and I'm thinking about trying out a plant based diet. In the meantime I'm trying to eat less processed foods and do more home cooking for the family.
I'd love some tips how to eat more healthily, easy food swaps & ideas?

Hi Emma
Congratulations on the birth of your little boy. Remember, this doesn't have to be complicted - eat WHATEVER yu want (yes, processed food too!) at a calorie deficit and you WILL lose weight. If you want to get creative, there is a recipe category where you'll probably find a load of good ideas! Wishing you the best of luck - you can do this.0
