My calorie goal is at 1590. I have been advised that at my weight 282, 5'9", age 73, wanting to lose 100+ pounds, starting to work with a professional training, exercising 6 days a week, my daily goal should be 2300 and reduce this number over several weeks.

How do I change my MFP calorie goal?

Thanks

Click on Goals, scroll to the bottom and click on Change Goals.

Click on Custom to manually change your calorie settings.

On your Home page, it's the second tab from the left at the top.
