Win 1000$ - I Need Help!

Hey guys,

My gym in my town is having this biggest loser competition where the winner gets 1000$, year long membership and 12 sessions with a personal trainer. I want to win. Starting Sept 30th whoever can lose the most weight (% of weight lost) wins. What are some tips you can give me to help me lose more weight? Like cutting out juice from my diet, etc. any little thing helps. Thank you!!!

    1- Don't freak out if you go over your calories one day, it wont destroy all the hard work you've been doing that week.
    2- Remember that it is a lifelong lifestyle change, not a race. You didn't gain the weight overnight and you wont loose it over night.
    3-Input everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you eat into your diary. Better yet don't stick anything into your mouth until you know how many calories it has. You'll quickly learn that many "indulgences" simply aren't worth it.
    4-Buy a food scale, much more accurate than volume (i.e. cups) measurements and never guesstimate.
    5-Keep in mind that the majority of your weight loss will come from food, but throw in a work out at least 3 days a week.
    6-Don't weigh yourself everyday. I recommend no more than once a week. Take your measurements weekly and take plenty of progress pics.
    7-Lastly remember that the motivation to loose the weight has to come from you. Not the money, friends or family, but YOU! Yes the encouragement we get from people can lift us up when we are down, but the only one that is going to make sure that you stick to your deficit is you. If you give up then its all on you, no one else.
