Thinking ahead for our First Half-Marathon

I am taking a week off from training after doing the London Duathlon yesterday (which was awesome) but will then be training for my first half marathon which is scheduled at the end of Feb 2016. I will be using the interactive plan found here:
My Asics
It's pretty cool. You plug in your stats, recent race time and your event date and it generates your plan for you.
You can choose how many times you want to run a week (2,3 or 4) and at what pace level you want (easy, moderate, hard.)
It automatically sets you up with a pre-conditioning phase, base, build up and race specific phases and the runs you need to do an at what paces. It also adjusts your runs depending on how you are progressing.
I think it will be useful for you as well.
Great site -- looks like fun to play with.0
