I Just Want to Eat More, Lose Weight, and Be Healthy Without Giving Things Up Completely

I like to eat and I LOVE beer. I always fail at diets because I cut it out and binge hugely later on. I am learning to enjoy working out more to "earn" the food and drink that I love while losing weight. I have 50 pounds to lose in order to be where my ideal weight is and so far in 3 weeks I've lost 5 pounds eating and drinking. The key has been exercising more and logging my food!
