Hi everyone! My name is Jen. I've been on MyFitnessPal for a couple of years, used it on and off. Just a few months ago I was down 12 pounds but I have put it back on. I backed off a little ... okay A LOT! On my carb-cutting. I am now trying to incorporate more activity into my life versus cutting out foods - I love bread... and carb - shock is no joke!
It would be fabulous to find a couple of people to keep me going, support my goals, kick my butt when I need it and I'd love to assist someone on their journey to discovering a healthier, brighter, more fit life! I am making a new commitment to myself this time around; in all aspects of my life. I want to kick some butt getting fit!

    Good to see you here, I hope you find it useful this time round. Remember, carbs aren't bad - 60% of my daily intake are carbohydrates and I love it - I've also managed to lose a total of 30 lbs in 4 and a half months. Eat at a sensible deficit and the weight will come off, I promise! :)

  • Don't you fret! You've done it before and you can do it again. I try to be very very active tooffset some poor diet choices. It's always nice to have others on along the motivation train. Feel free to add me if you're interested
