I don't know when to stop

I'm a tad shy of 5'7", and I weigh 134 lbs. I've lost nearly 40lbs since December. But I still feel fat and like I need to lose more weight. My period is 3 weeks late (I'm definitely not pregnant) and I'm worried it might be diet or weight related or something. Can I continue to lose weight or should I stop? I'm really at a loss here.

Google recomposition. What you need to do now is stay at your current weight for a while and start lifting heavy weights. Change MFP to "maintain."

What is your body fat % and how did you measure it?

You are at a healthy weight. Lis and WB are right, progressive weight lifting for body recomp. This means to eat at maintenance or a slight surplus and find a heavy weight lifting program. A good one to start with is New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women. It's a wealth of information, and contains some great workout plans.

I'm just about the same size, I'm 5'8 135 lbs. I'd suggest a progressive strength training program for you. If your unhappy with your body, lifting is the way to go. There's plenty of beginners programs out there that will be great. You could Google nrolf or stronglifts too, I like them both

I thought this was a food issue question. Carry on.
