30 Pounds Gone! Finally have some pictures!

In June I set out to change myself for the best. I topped the scale at almost 240lbs, and couldn't fit into anything but stretchy shorts because I refused to find out what size I wore (Big time denial).

Today I stepped on the scale & I'm 206.6. I still have around 50lbs to lose, but I'm a lot closer then I was 3 months ago. I am so overly excited that I've done this all on my own, with just eating right & running 6 times a week. Earlier this year I would get winded just walking to the kitchen, now I'm running/jogging 2 miles a day! If you're diligent with it, it works wonders! :)
