You're over complicating things.
Neither one is better for you.
Just pick one and eat it.

Heck, eat both and be really happy.0

this has nice fat (which you do need, by the way) and excellent protein. this would be my pick of the two.

Plus cream cheese sounds tastier than plain! It's a win-win!0 -
Eat what you like. Not that complicated0

Depends on what you prefer and what would meet your macro targets better. If I was low on fat and protein (and was not craving one particular brand), I would have the quark, while I would have the yogurt if I needed more protein and carbs.0

As long as they fit in your calorie count eat away and enjoy.0

If you're really tracking down to the nutrient level successfully (which you may be, as you're working on maintenance) then I'd say the one that's better on a given day depends on how close you are to your fat and sugar goals.
I can't see your diary but at a guess if you're like most people you are overrunning your sugar and underrunning your fat so probably that makes the Elite a better fit for you. However the question can't really be answered without looking at what you're getting from your other food that day.
