PMT craving chocolate

help... I'm doing so well but due on and I NEED chocolate!!! What shall I do???

Maybe try taking an iron supplement during your TOtM. I think you crave chocolate for the iron.0

I'd weigh a piece and put the rest in the freezer. Have a little, even if you go a little over. Don't have a lot if you go a lot over though. Hang in there. (By "a lot" I mean 70 calories or more).0

i allocate calories for it, if not it could become an eat everything in sight day!
the first thing i have done the last three mornings is log about 60 grams of my favorite peanut chocolate chip energy squares as a snack. its about 6-7 dense squares worth and everytime i get a chocolate craving during the day, i grab one square and that one square actually keeps me happy for a couple hours..0 -
