Hard staying at 1300 calories when everything gf is so high in calories

    Try not to eat the substitute GF foods - try to stick with fresh fruits, lots of veggies, meats, eggs, fish. You can join us on the Gluten Free group as well and get some ideas from GF peeps for recipes, etc. I am GF and you are welcome to cruise my diary as it is public. I don't post every day, but have had a long history so you may find some ideas.

    Agree. Stay away from GF substitutes. High calorie. Expensive. Never found any of them worth buying a second time. Breads, pastas, flour.
