I am trying to find some greats snack swap ideas. I recently started swapping chips and salsa for celery and salsa. You still have the crunch and the salsa without the calories! What are some swaps you guys make?

Some of my go-to snacks are: string cheese, nuts, popcorn, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, hard boiled eggs, fruit or veggies, hummus, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese0

I can't give up french fries but now I use malt vinegar instead of ketchup and save almost 100 calories. Also I like to snack with a half cup of plain unsweetended greek yogurt. Because it's so bitter it takes me a really long time to eat it and it keeps me satisfied for a long time.0

70% cacao square for anything, especially anything chocolate!0

Oh! I will have to try the malt vinegar. I'm really bad about using lots of ketchup so that would be a great swap0
