Measuring vegetables

I have been making baked eggplant nuggets from the farmers market. Do I count the raw weight or the considerably lower cooked weight?
Does the raw vs cooked weight hold true for all vegetables?
Thanks

When you log it in your diary, either enter as raw eggplant or cooked eggplant. It's up to you
Edited to mention that using a 'cooked eggplant' may differ to your prep/cooking techniques etc. Perhaps if you make nuggets frequently, you could do up your own recipe.
I often do my own recipes but I don't add it to the database0 -
I weigh raw whenever possible but as mentioned above as long as you select the correct entry for raw or cooked you should be okay.0
