I am very lucky to live walking distance from a grocery store with a great produce department. Seriously I wish I had a camera to show it off. Anyways I bought a two pound salad for a little over three dollars. It was 40% percent off because it was an older one. It had green, red, and yellow peppers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers. I did however buy Annie's Natural salad dressing with it (3.00) which there still is a lot left over.
I am very happy to say this is what I will now do when I am lazy for food. Does anyone else do this?

Our local grocery has a salad bar and I love to treat myself to a salad bar. Not for the fatty stuff but for the extra types of veggies that I typically don't buy for home use because hubby doesn't like salad. Beats fast food any day of the week!! Especially refreshing in the summer!0
