Hey everyone,

I have just recently returned to myfitnesspal from a LONG break due to 5 months of bed rest during my pregnancy! The good news is I have a wonderfully handsome, healthy baby boy that is now 7 weeks old and he is even more motivation to get on the right track with my weight and making healthy food choices. I want to start him off right when it comes time to make exercise and diet choices. The bad news is, during my absence from the site, I lost all of my friends that were great motivators and supporters!
