Losing Weight with Kidney Disease

hello again. I was on here in 2013 and stopped due to husbands health problems. No time. I'm back now again hoping to lose weight again. Have to be careful, have since been diagnosed with Stage 3 Kidney disease. Doing well so far. I do find I have a hard time hitting my target calorie intake. I'm always under! Glad to be back.

@lateeda49 welcome back. Thanks for sharing because I had never read about CKD. I can see how weight loss could be a real concern. The article below talks about the diet that I do for pain management that is being promoted by some for Chronic Kidney Disease. My wife who is a pharmacist was concerned if it was hard on the kidneys so I will show her it seems to be easy on the kidneys.
