Over the moon with my results so far! Gone from 16 stone to 14 & a half stone in 10 days!

Key things I've changed:
- Food Diet
I have started to learn to cook & ditched the takeaways!
- Regular Food Times
Keeping a routine of having Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- Regular Exercise
Haven't really focus on this too much yet, but I will be
- Supplements
Im doing a Weight Management program that supports my routine. Which give me tablets that fill my body with all the good vitamins I need, make me feel full & speed up my metabolism!

Roll on the next 2 & a half weeks!

For anyone out there who doubts there will power or motivation! You can do itttttt! Especially if I can!
