40lbs down, 20 to go.

I'm super motivated, and looking for some new friends.

I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 5-7 days a week, and do a lot of bodyweight exercises. I am trying to find the time to get some lifting into my schedule, but it's rough being a single dad who works overnights. Only so many hours in the day.

    Congrats on ur loss and welcome back. I lost 55kgs of weight training bjj than silly me quit and gained 30 so I'm taking up mma in my area and I'm also back on mfp. I'm terrible at working out in the normal gyms, sport does it for me. How old is your child? If there old enough get them into bjj too so they can be doing what dad does too, my daughter loves it (even though my ex thought it was too rough) lol. Wish u all the best
