Hi there!

I have been using MFP for about a month (although I took a week off for my holiday >:) ) but I've only just discovered the community section, so great to see so much positive encouragement! I'm a grad school student and lecturer who has always been that kid with the glasses who his in the library to avoid the gym... now trying to live a healthier lifestyle and shift about a stone and get some actual tone. Just wanted to say Hi and nice to meet you all!
