Motivation Plateau

What do you do when you hit a motivation plateau?

I've lost about 8kg in 3 months, on 1500 cal per day. I'm really happy with that. I have 36kg to go to goal.
So, I know what I'm doing is working, I am not starving on 1500 cal net per day. But my motivation to keep logging, plan ahead to eat within my calories per day, get off my butt to move more seems to have gone AWOL.

Has anyone else had this happen? How do you break through the psychological barrier to keep doing what you know is working and what you know is making you feel amazing?

Simple. Seeing regular, recurring drops, and knowing that it's making the right decisions that lead to it. I hit a plateau in my loss last week, so I started marching around 4-5 miles every night, which started the loss right back up. I weigh in every day, log everything, and know what works, what doesn't, and what makes the water stick around.

For me, it's being able to map actions back to scale movement that keeps me going.
