Hello guys. About 2 years ago I started using this app eating right, exercise, etc. but 2 months later I gave up. Put on so much more weight then I lost in those 2 months. Now I am back because I now have a daughter, she's my motivation. I want to be around for when she gets older. Also want to look good and feel good! Any advice tips would greatly be appreciated. My plan is healthy eating, and daily exercise. Simple and basic. Thanks guys

Sounds like a good plan to me. But if you are yo-yoer and a new busy Dad (and a lot of people are) I would suggest you really ease yourself into it. Exercising every day is a commitment. I would eat around maintenance or just under and walk a few days a week. Get to know yourself better by writing a few things down like if I eat this food I am hungry this many hours later. I've been at this for awhile and a good week is 4-5 days of exercise.

That's true. But ever since my daughters been born I've Been taking the lazy way lol I have done some exercise before. I am now ready for the next level. Luckily my daughter is bigger now, I can exercise and keep an eye on her at the same time. Thanks for the advice !

Welcome - what an adorable profile picture :)

You say your daughter is your motivator so I have no doubt you'll do just fine here. I promise you can do this - Consistency is key. Stay focused, keep your goal in sight and don't give up. Best of luck.
