Taking the first steps

the daunting thought of starting again, I have not been on for a while and have put on the bit of weight I had lost plus some more, so am am back to try to change these bad habits for good.
This time I will create small goals instead of one big ultimate goal.
Any thoughts?

    I completely agree with the 'small goals' idea - definitely the way to do it :)
    Stay strong, dig deep and be determined. You can do this.

    I think you are going to kick some butt!!! And here is a ::high five:: to get you jacked up!! Which means pumped up...like...you know motivated and all :)
