Yeah, it's pretty crazy how much your weight can jump around. I rely on getting smaller as measure of success, even if I'm not getting lighter.0

I know what you mean but even as the scale has slowed by size seems to keep dropping steadily, I've lost over 10 inches on my hips alone. So keep up with measurements and how your clothes feel too!0

Taking progress pictures every 30-45 days is also a great tool to help you actually see the change. Its hard to look in the mirror and notice the changes on yourself.0

The first 42 days eating very Low Carb High Fat I did not lose even one pound. I was doing it for pain management and it worked for pain management in the first 30 days. While the scales did not move for the first 6 weeks I did lose face fat and one inch at the beltline.
I suggest one to read and research and select/develop a diet plan and try it for 90 days without fail unless you develop life threatening health issues. It takes time and I think the older we are can slow things down.
