Looking for motivation!


I am Nandini! My goal is to lose 15 pounds, eat well and exercise. What I lack is motivation and consistency. I start well, but then discontinue. This is my toughest battle. Looking for help and motivation from this community!

    It can be hard to stay on track - I've experienced that myself and I still often struggle for a couple days but thankfully, I'm mustering the drive to just get up and do it. I literally have a moment in my head where I tell myself that I will regret it if I don't - just get up - just go - and I force myself to take that walk, climb those stairs, resist that bag of chips in the cupboard, etc. Celebrate your small successes because it's hard to get started sometimes. You can do it!
